Week 6 · 56 ballots

The Crowd Top 25

The best fans know college football better than a random AP voter. We grade both by the games to prove it.

Every fan Top 25 we hold, added up. A ballot's weight is earned by the games: wins above the favorites, measured against the middle AP voter over the same weeks. Beat the middle voter by two games and your ballot counts twice; fall well behind and it counts a quarter. A first ballot counts once. Then we grade the crowd itself like a voter.

Graded like a voter

Each past crowd poll is a ballot built from the Top 25s posted before that week's first kickoff, dated by the last of them, and graded by the games after it. The AP poll and the middle voter are the bars. Flat = the same ballots with every weight at 1.
